Take a moment to learn who Bueno serves best
Most of our customers either have a holiday home in Spain or have relocated to Spain. We also welcome and serve Spanish customers who are often similarly tired of poor service levels and high costs, including unannounced fees, that they may face with traditional alternatives. What all our customers have in common is that they own a property, rent long-term or are in the process of buying a property in Spain.
Examples of reasonable and permitted account activities

You can use your Bueno account to pay utility bills. We will even help you move your existing payments to your Bueno account.
Personal spending
Your account will be in your name and you can of course use it, and your card, for normal day-to-day spending.
Property purchase and renovations
We may need some additional documents, but you can use your account to buy or sell a property and pay for renovations. Note that Bueno only supports online payments, not bankers’ drafts.
Property rentals
You can receive your rental income into your Bueno account. We may ask you for a copy of the contract to evidence the transfer if it is a larger amount from a third party. If a licenses in required to rent out we might ask for this.
Buying and selling
Buying or selling a car or furniture for example is normal. In the case of a car, we might ask for a copy of the contract. However, if you are in the business of buying and selling cars, this would constitute a business activity. Bueno does not offer business accounts.
