Simplified Utility Bill Payments with Bueno
One of the key benefits of using Bueno is the easy management of your utility bill payments in Spain. While not all utility companies accept non-Spanish accounts, with a Bueno Spanish IBAN account, you can rest assured that your bills will be paid on time.
For Existing Customers
If you already have direct debits set up with your current bank in Spain, you’ll need to transfer those utility bills to your Bueno account when making the switch. We understand that this may seem overwhelming, but it's actually a simple process when you follow our guide. And remember, this is a one-time task—it’s not something you’ll need to do again (maybe ever!).
For New Property Owners
If you’ve just purchased a property, you’ll need to set up direct debit mandates with the various utility companies. Typically, your attorney or real estate agent will assist with this, but we’re also here to help. Please note that water companies often require an in-person visit to set up the direct debit mandate, we are unable to provide this.
So while direct debits might seem intimidating, they’re actually quite simple!
