Direct Debit Process

Ask Bueno to help with the switch

If you'd like Bueno to help with the direct debit switch, you’ll need to submit a request for each utility company through your Bueno account. Once logged in, click on ‘More’ in the menu. On that page, you’ll find the switch process—just look for "Direct Debit."

To make it easier to find the bank receipt (which often includes your customer details), we’ve listed the major banks in Spain along with examples of how the receipts will look. Most customers can download the receipts from their old bank, you can of course also share the utility bill itself.

Once you have your receipts, click ‘Register new direct debit’ to start the switch process:

1.    Choose the category (e.g., electricity).
2.    Select your company from the list (if it’s not listed, just contact us for help).
