How to fill out the form
The form will automatically fill in your account holder details, such as your name and NIE. If the utility bill is in someone else’s name, please update the personal details to match the name on the bill (name, email, NIE). In that case, we’ll also need a copy of the other person’s NIE and ID, and in some cases a power of attorney (we will provide this for you).
Follow these steps to complete the form:
1. Enter the requested information.
2. Upload the necessary documents (e.g., utility bill, tax document, or bank receipt).
(Please note that only PDF files are allowed, not images).
Once you’ve completed the form, repeat the process for each direct debit you’d like us to assist with. For faster service, make sure to submit all your requests at once. This helps us make all the changes for you as quickly as possible.
Note that if you have bought your insurance from an agent/broker we need the contact details as they will make the account changes and not the insurance company.
