Monitor the Switch Process
Once your request is submitted, it will be waiting for one of our team members to begin the switch process. You’ll see that the process has started once it's assigned to someone. When the change is complete, the request will show as "complete."
The switch process can take 2-3 weeks, this depends on how many request our team are managing and on the utility companies. Some companies may make the change on the same day we request it, while others take longer.
To keep track of your request, please log in to your account and check the status. There's no need to contact support for updates—we’ll email you once all changes are completed. If it’s urgent, you might find it quicker to contact the utility company directly and make the change yourself, in this case, please let us know if you submitted a request for us to manage the switch.
