Your Utility Details
When managing your utility contracts, bills, and payment receipts, you’ll often find a customer number or reference. This is required for updating your account details. When switching utilities, you will be asked to provide this reference, and if we assist you with the change, we’ll need it too. So, before starting the switch process, be sure to gather this information.
For local taxes, your NIE number is typically sufficient to make changes. However, if you’re updating direct debits for vehicle tax, you’ll need your vehicle registration number.
